At this year’s Great Gathering, we will have the fun and the magic that happens when we come together as a community to support our amazing school, all while raising funds for our new playground! A huge thank you to our amazing sponsors that help make this event possible.

Join the Highlands family on Friday, November 3rd at 7:00 p.m. at Edina Country Club. See old friends and meet new ones as we play games, bid on silent and live auction items, purchase spots at Small Gatherings, and enjoy live music from “The Teardowns”. 
  • 7:00 pm - the party begins
  • 8:45 pm - Live auction
  • 9:00 pm - Live music from The Teardowns
  • 9:30 pm - Hus-KEY raffle drawing
  • 10:00 pm - Silent auction ends
  • 12:00 am - Closing time (you don’t have to go home but you can’t stay here!)
It's not too late! Purchase your tickets now to secure your spot for the fun!  Each ticket includes a tasty assortment of appetizers and two free drinks.  Feeling especially thirsty?  Be sure to bring cash for extra drinks.
NEW this year.  Raise your hand to win some amazing experiences, while helping a great cause through our live auction (starts 8:45pm) which includes:
  • Week-long Delavan Lake Getaway - Donated by GMC Properties and the Lyon family
  • Boundary Waters Guided Fishing Weekend for 2 Two - donated by the Gilman Family
Can’t make it to the event? You can still participate in the live auction by having a friend or a member of the Great Gathering committee be your proxy bidder.

This year's Small Gatherings will go on sale Friday, November 3rd at 5:00 p.m. and we all know how fast they go. Get registered on Auctria ahead of time as Small Gatherings are first come, first serve! Can't make it to the event? You can still purchase Small Gatherings through Auctria.

It wouldn't be a party without games.  At this year's event we will have:
  • Wine & Spirit Ring Toss - Try your hand at this carnival favorite and win some amazing bottles of booze along the way!
    • 5 rings for $15 - no cash needed - just give the volunteer your bidder number (hint: it's on your name tag)
    • Prize: Amazing assortment of fine wines and spirits
  • Highlands Cornhole Challenge  - It wouldn’t be Minnesota without a cornhole game.  Show your skills and see how many bags you can sink.
    • 4 bags for $10 - no cash needed - just give the volunteer your bidder number (hint: it's on your name tag)
    • Prize: Win vouchers good for any live or silent auction items you win! 1 bag - $5, 2 bags - $10, 3 bags - $20, 4 bags - $50!
  • HusKEY 50/50 Raffle - The giant husky is back and needs your help in getting unlocked. 
    • $20 key (via Venmo)
    • Prize: Winning key gets to score half the proceeds all while helping our great school.  Don’t skip out early. Drawing is a 9:30pm and you must be present to win!

Sign up on Membership Toolkit to take a shift for set up, during the event, or clean up. It takes a lot to make this happen.  Remember it’s for the kids!
